Job summary

Heartwood Collection is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour with TRONC and potential On Target Earnings up to £14.75 including TRONC.

You will work across sections, follow recipes, and contribute to consistently delivering fresh, high-quality dishes. We value passion and progression, with Bespoke Stepping Stones training, recognition programmes, and extensive staff perks.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great quality and fresh food with passion.
• Work across at least two kitchen sections and follow standardized recipes.
