Job summary

Heartwood Collection is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.35 per hour plus TRONC, with on-target earnings between £15.50 and £16.50 (including TRONC).

We are an award-winning hospitality group known for fresh, seasonal dishes and warm pubs and brasseries. You will work across sections, follow recipes, and bring passion and consistency to food quality in our traveller-friendly Heartwood venues.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
