Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a basic rate with TRONC and a competitive on-target earnings structure.

You will work across multiple kitchen sections, following established recipes and contributing to high-quality, seasonal dishes across our pubs and brasseries. We provide bespoke training through the Stepping Stones programme, access to Hospitality Action, and benefits like EarlyPay, enhanced parental leave, and generous staff

Qualifications

• Passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• 3–4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
