Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a Chef De Partie for our Ascot location to join a busy, fresh-food kitchen serving pupils and staff. You will work with seasonal ingredients, produce dishes from scratch, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has CDP or junior sous chef experience, a passion for great food, and solid English communication. We offer a 40-hour week, permanent contract, and competitive salary around £25,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Interest in fresh seasonal ingredients and making dishes from scratch.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Support a team of chefs to provide catering to pupils and teachers.
• Prepare food using fresh ingredients and follow brand standards.
• Ensure food hygiene, safety and allergen controls are followed.
• Minimise wastage and maintain high food quality.
