Job summary

Hydes is seeking a Chef de Partie to join The Hornsmill in Helsby. The role offers up to £14.27 per hour plus tips, with weekly pay and a suite of benefits including discounts, 24/7 GP access, paid breaks, and uniform or allowance provided.

You will deliver exceptional food standards, work across multiple stations, and support food ordering and stock management to maintain a 5-star brigade rating. Previous fresh-food experience is preferred, with opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fresh food environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts.
• Experience with food ordering and stock management.
• Willingness to progress from a commis role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high food standards across starters, mains and desserts.
• Prepare dishes at all stations and assist the brigade.
• Support ordering and stock management to maintain a 5-star rating.
• Contribute to seasonal menus and daily specials.
