Job summary

Young’s is seeking an Agency Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be employed by Young’s and enjoy the flexibility of viewing shifts online, building your own rota, and working across our estate of pubs.

• Experience delivering quality fresh food in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Chef De Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Help design and deliver new dishes with Head Chef for menus and daily specials.
• Maintain GP and labour controls to support margins.
• Drive sales and growth by engaging with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
