The Ram Agency, representing Young’s, offers Chef de Partie roles with flexible shifts and online rota building. Earn from £14.25 per hour, plus tips and service charges on each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality fresh food with a passion for service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new dishes and menus.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic dishes consistently.
• Act as a hands-on Chef De Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials.
• Demonstrate planning and organisation to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Drive sales and growth through kitchen and front-of-house engagement.
• Be proactive in developing skills and supporting the team.
