The Hesketh Arms Rufford is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team for our opening post-refurbishment. You will start from 26th October 2026 for a two-week training period pre-opening, with an option to begin earlier training at our sister sites.

You will contribute to a busy kitchen, uphold high standards, and run your own section in a fast-paced environment while sharing a passion for British classics and fresh seafood.
