Job summary

The Hesketh Arms in Rufford is seeking a Pizza Chef to lead our pizza section and join our kitchen team. You’ll work in a busy, hospitality-focused pub, delivering high-quality, hand-stretched pizzas and British classics with seasonal specials.

Starting from late October for training, you’ll join a supportive team at a group of premium pubs with room for progression across sites. Competitive pay and great staff benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• You will know your way around a kitchen and have worked in a similar environment.
• You are passionate about food with high standards and strong teamwork.
• You are ready to run the pizza section; previous hand-stretching pizza experience preferred.
• You are a multitasker with a keen eye for detail.
• You are keen to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We are looking for a Pizza Chefto join our team!

This role is for our opening post-refurbishment and the candidate must be available to start from 26th October 2026 for our 2-week training period pre-opening. An earlier start can be accommodated working at one of our sister sites for training.
