Job summary

Seafood Pub Company is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for our opening post-refurbishment at The Hesketh Arms in Rufford. You will lead the dining room, ensure guest satisfaction and support a smooth pre-opening training period starting 26 October 2026 for two weeks.

This role offers career progression across our six premium pubs with rooms, competitive hourly pay up to £14 including service charge, flexible shifts and staff benefits as listed in the job ad.

Qualifications

• Passionate about great food and drink with excellent customer service.
• Ready to start a journey into hospitality management with supervising the restaurant.
• Keen to develop management and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a service-based environment is desirable.
