Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is offering a Steward – Flexi Hours role in Marylebone, London. You will help keep kitchens and service areas clean and organised, with shifts ranging 0 to 40 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Keeps kitchens, service stations and back-of-house spaces clean, organised and functional during shifts.
• Maintains hygiene by cleaning equipment, surfaces and storage areas.
• Handles dishwashing and waste-management ensuring crockery and kitchen tools are cleaned and ready for service.
• Monitors stock levels of cleaning materials and assists with restocking.
• Works with chefs, servers and event teams to anticipate operational needs and provide timely support.
• Follows safety, chemical-handling and equipment-use procedures to minimise risks.
• Contributes to a positive team culture with reliable, guest-focused attitude.
• Adapts to changing business demands by supporting different outlets or departments when required.
