Search Consultancy is recruiting for a Chef de Partie at a renowned fine dining restaurant with rooms in West Sussex.

Join a small brigade led by a Michelin-starred chef, work with seasonal produce on tasting menus and à la carte, and benefit from structured progression.

Salary is up to £37,000 per year, including an equal share of gratuities, and the role runs Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.

Qualificações

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a quality fresh-food restaurant.
• Experience in Michelin-starred, 3 Rosette or premium fine dining kitchens preferred.
• Passionate about modern British cuisine and seasonal produce.
• Organised, reliable and able to maintain high standards during busy services.
• Positive team player with willingness to learn.
• Eligible to work in the country.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your section.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes for tasting menus and à la carte service.
• Maintain excellent standards of flavour, presentation and consistency.
• Work with seasonal ingredients and the finest available produce.
• Support the Head Chef and wider brigade with menu development and new ideas.
• Ensure mise en place is organised and service runs smoothly.
• Maintain strong food hygiene, allergen awareness and kitchen standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment.
• Take an active interest in learning, developing and progressing as the business grows.
