Job summary

Lore of the Land in London is seeking a Chef de Partie with experience to join our kitchen team. All dishes are prepared fresh daily, with charcoal, ember and flame cooking, delivering high‑quality fine dining meals in a two AA Rosette setting.

You will lead a section during service, manage mise en place, and uphold hygiene and food safety standards. The role offers a permanent full‑time contract (48 hours per week), 4 days a week, Christmas off, and a strong salary of £40,000–£42,000 per year

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in a Fine Dining kitchen is required.
• Ability to produce dishes to a high standard and lead a section during service.
• Commitment to learning, and strong hygiene and food safety practices.

Responsibilities
