Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is recruiting a Chef De Partie to join the busy kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard and support the wider kitchen with inventory and menu development.

The role requires culinary passion, strong organisation and the ability to work mornings, afternoons/evenings and weekends. We offer a competitive salary, full-time hours, and access to staff benefits through Klarent Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience is essential.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service.
• Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Contribute to menu development and specials as required.
