DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Southampton. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard within your section, while upholding hygiene and safety standards and contributing to menu development.

We value passion for cooking, previous culinary experience, and the ability to work well under pressure, including mornings, afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
• Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service
• Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Contribute to menu development and specials as required
