Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a busy hotel kitchen. You will wash dishes, keep areas clean and tidy, and ensure high hygiene and safety standards are maintained throughout service.

The role suits those who can work mornings, afternoons/evenings and weekends in a 40-hour week, with opportunities for development within the hotel group and access to employee benefits and staff facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the kitchen and restaurant outlets clean and organised
• Always keep storerooms clean and tidy
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always met
• Handle waste and recycling duties
