Ardlui Holiday Park is looking for a strong, reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You’ll be confident running a section, enjoy fresh food and seasonal menus, and help build something special in a busy kitchen.

This role involves running a section during prep and service, supporting the wider brigade in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining standards and cleanliness, and delivering quality food across a varied operation while working closely with senior chefs and mentoring junior team

• Solid experience in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work well under pressure and stay organized.
