Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen teams across our UK parks. You will lead a section, work closely with Head and Sous Chefs, and deliver well-presented dishes that meet our standards for quality, speed, and consistency.

We value leadership, organisational skills, and a genuine passion for high-quality food. flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading junior team in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organised during busy service periods.
• Passion for producing high-quality food that enhances guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a kitchen section and lead junior team members.
• Prepare dishes to order and maintain station cleanliness.
• Record and monitor food temperatures as per processes.
• Complete prep before and during service and restock your section.
• Ensure portion control to maximise margins and reduce waste.
• Receive, store and rotate deliveries following food safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to support smooth service.
• Follow health and safety standards, allergen policies and hygiene procedures.
• Carry out deep-clean tasks as directed by the Head Chef.
