Job summary

Parkdean Resorts in the UK is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy, vibrant kitchen. You will work with Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality, well-presented dishes that meet guest expectations and maintain the park's dining standards.

You'll lead a kitchen section, supervise junior staff, manage portions and temperatures, and ensure cleanliness and safety. This role requires resilience under pressure, reliable teamwork, and a passion for great food across our 65 parks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Ability to perform under pressure and stay organised during busy service.
• Passion for producing high-quality food that enhances guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a kitchen section and lead junior team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout service and at close.
• Monitor food temperatures and manage stock rotation.
