Job summary

Constellation is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our catering team in the Glasgow area. You will manage your kitchen section, deliver high-quality meals for staff and guests, and uphold HACCP standards in a busy college catering environment.

This casual contract offers shifts across Monday to Sunday, with potential TEMP TO PERM opportunities. Accommodation and travel can be provided for on-site and cross-venue assignments within Scotland.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cooking in a busy kitchen
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Experience in contract catering or large-scale events
• Works well under pressure and maintains high food standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present meals in your kitchen section
• Support daily catering operations across venues
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
• Assist with menu planning, stock control and orders
• Mentor junior kitchen staff where required
• Ensure equipment and work areas are clean and organized
