Job summary

The Commercial Hotel in Glasgow is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work with the Head Chef and fellow cooks to deliver high-quality dishes across our restaurant and events, ensuring consistency and flavour.

• Prepare and cook dishes as Chef De Partie under Head Chef.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, freshness and presentation across kitchen sections.
