Premier Selection Limited is assisting a superb privately owned country pub and award-winning restaurant between Lutterworth and Leicester to recruit a passionate Chef de Partie. You will work with fresh ingredients, crafting classic pub favourites and daily specials with a creative flair.

The role is based on-site in the Leicester area, with own transport preferred. Base salary is £30,000 depending upon experience, with generous tips (around £6,000), meals on duty and free parking.

A fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie at a superb privately owned country pub and award-winning restaurant located between Lutterworth and Leicester.

Working with all fresh ingredients, our menu includes classic pub favourites alongside a variety of daily specials showcased on our blackboard. The head chef is seeking a talented chef with a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients and a flair for creativity.

Ideally, applicants would be based in the Leicester, Lutterworth, or Market Harborough area and have their own transport.

Base Salary of £30,000 depending upon experience

Generous Tips (usually approx. £6,000)
