Premier Selection Limited is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a superb village pub near Stamford. You will cook classic British pub dishes with fresh ingredients and contribute to a friendly team under an approachable Head Chef.

Ideal candidate is calm under pressure, well organised, and eager to learn new skills. You will be paid hourly for 40–45 hours per week, with staff tips, meals on duty, and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking fresh ingredients in a pub kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organised.
• Willing to learn under Head Chef and train.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pub classics to order.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
• Assist Head Chef with menu changes and training.
