The Boathouse in Putney is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations with passion for fresh British classics and fish dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to design menus, train staff, and deliver high-quality meals in a welcoming setting overlooking Putney Bridge.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP seeking the next step.
• Natural leader with a passion for producing quality fresh food.
• Active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
• Responsible and able to manage kitchen staff rota, training and health & safety.
