The Signet Group seeks a Chef de Partie to join The Retreat, Elcot Park, West Berkshire on a full-time basis. You will work with the Head Chef and kitchen team, mastering mise en place, portion control, and precise plating to meet guest expectations.

Formación

• Experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and on a busy service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain mise en place and portion control to ensure consistency.
• Follow recipe cards and help minimize waste while delivering quality dishes.
• Support commis chefs and help train junior team members.
• Adhere to food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
