Job summary

The Signet Group seeks enthusiastic Front of House Team Members for The Retreat, Elcot Park in West Berkshire. You will deliver warm, professional service with a passion for hospitality, supporting guests from arrival through dining in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Ideal candidates bring a hospitality mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow through our training, buddy programmes and clear career paths. Flexible scheduling and staff perks are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and a passion for guest experience.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to guests.
