Job summary

The Crown in Minchinhampton, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team. You will prepare fresh British dishes, work under the Head Chef, and contribute to daily specials in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who has a passion for producing quality fresh food.
• Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Show willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate planning and organisational skills to maintain control of GP and labour.
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and growth through kitchen and front-of-house engagement.

Responsibilities
