Job summary

Antica Restaurant on Bath's Pultney Bridge is seeking an experienced CDP to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality dishes to all guests and helping maximise revenue through superb food preparation and timely service.

Joining the Kitchen department, you will work with the team to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner to our standards, maintain food safety and stock controls, and contribute to a personal guest experience worthy of sharing.

Responsibilities

• Be passionate about food, preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to company standards.
• Work simultaneously with Kitchen teammates in a friendly, collaborative manner.
• Have extensive knowledge of our menus and food offerings.
• Assist management in controlling all food supplies and purchases, using date labelling processes.
• Adhere to all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
