Job summary

The Commercial Hotel is seeking a committed Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team in Johnstone. You will work with the Head Chef and front-of-house staff to deliver consistently high-quality plates across our restaurant, functions, and other food outlets.

You will be responsible for your station, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and timely service while contributing to a profitable kitchen. We offer a supportive team, higher-than-minimum hourly pay, and generous tips that are fully retained

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or equivalent in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work across sections and support Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant’s standards within your station.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section.
• Assist other kitchen stations when required and contribute to team goals.
