Job summary

The Bath Brew House in Bath is a vibrant, busy pub with its own microbrewery and a focus on great food and drinks. We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join a hands-on kitchen team, help design daily specials, and drive quality across dishes.

As a Chef de Partie you will work 40 hours per week with paid overtime, benefit from staff discounts, free meals, and a lively work environment with opportunities for progression through our internal development programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor role.
• Willingness to learn new skills; active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Creativity to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and engaging with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
