Chef & Cook is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Leytonstone kitchen team. You will prepare and cook to a high standard, manage your section during service and ensure consistent presentation and portions.

We value a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness across the kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Food hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food to a high standard.
• Managing your section efficiently during service.
• Following recipes, presentation standards and portion control.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy services.
• Helping with stock rotation and preparation.
• Working closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members.
