Job summary

The Berkeley Scott Group is seeking a Chef de Partie for contract catering roles across corporate offices, events, colleges and venues in Greater London. You will support the kitchen team, cooking to recipe standards and keeping your station clean and well stocked.

Core hours are 07:00-16:30, Monday to Friday, with potential for ongoing work depending on client needs. UK experience and Level 2 Food Safety are required; training can be provided for missing certificates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with at least one year's experience in the UK
• The ability to follow instructions and always remain professional
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to keep busy
• The ability to work in high-volume kitchens that are demanding and fast paced

Responsibilities

• Cooking specific sections, the ability to work as part of a team in diverse settings, prepare, cook and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards, keeping your station spotless and well stocked
• Locations: Corporate Buildings, Events, In-House / Contract Catering sites
