Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar in a professional kitchen.
• At least 6 months kitchen experience in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check for the Child Workforce, or willingness to obtain one.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Passion for food quality, consistency and presentation.
