The Berkeley Scott Group is seeking a Chef de Partie for a busy gastro pub and restaurant in Notting Hill. Immediate start on a temporary 2–3 month assignment with weekly pay.

You will run your own section, cook fresh seasonal dishes, and support the kitchen team while maintaining high standards and food safety. This is ideal for a reliable chef who works well under pressure and can handle weekends and evenings.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant or gastro pub.
• Strong fresh-food cooking skills.
• Good knowledge of British and European cuisine.
• Confidence managing your own section.
• Reliable, professional and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Must be available and able to commit to the full 2–3 month assignment until New Year.

Responsabilidades

• Run your own section during busy lunch and dinner services.
• Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard.
• Support the kitchen team with daily preparation and service.
• Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Work closely with the senior chefs to ensure smooth service.
