Job summary

Hydes is seeking a part-time Pub Chef for The Quarry Bank in Timperley. Deliver high food standards, work across all kitchen stations, and help with food ordering and stock management under the Kitchen Manager. You’ll join a friendly brigade and have opportunities to develop skills and progress within the Hydes group.

Qualifications

• As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec.
• You will have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts.
• You will also support your Kitchen Manager with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating.
• You may have previous experience in a small but busy pub kitchen environment.
• You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.

Your Pub

The Quarry Bank is very much the pub of choice in Timperley Village. This site is very much a community pub, which has a lovely dedicated dining area serving a high quality value led menu, a large traditional style bar serving a great range of cask beer, lagers, spirits and wines. Outside there is a secluded beer garden which overlooks the large, well-kept bowling green. With live entertainment and weekly quiz nights, this is an extremely popular pub with the local crowd.
