• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary team to deliver high‑quality, nutritionally balanced meals.
• Engage with residents and department heads to plan catering functions and menus.
• Support cost‑effective stock control to minimize waste.
• Regularly update the menu in collaboration with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
