Dakota Hotels is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. You will run at least two sections during busy service and prepare dishes to the Head Chef's specification across our menus, including room service, breakfast, and events.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ professional cooking experience, can handle fish and meats, and demonstrates passion for quality food. A hardworking, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn across the kitchen are essential.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 2 years professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef.
• Experience preparing fish and meats.
• Demonstrate a passion for quality food and preparation.
• Be hardworking and a team-player.
• Previous qualifications in Food Safety are preferred, although training in Health & Safety, Allergens, and Food Hygiene standards and procedures will be given.
• An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity.
• Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.

Responsabilidades

• Run at least two different sections within the kitchen during busy service.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to the Head Chef's specification across menus (a la carte, room service, breakfast, bar food, events).
• Carry out prep work across kitchen sections with strong knife skills.
• Multi-task during busy service times.
• Carry out a full clean down of the kitchen and maintain an immaculate working environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house teams.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene legislation.
• Willing to learn and support across different areas of the Kitchen.
