The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025 as a property of the Rosewood Hotel Group, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with various dining and entertainment spaces, providing a platform for progressive ideas and expression.
We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our Bar Kitchen on the seventh floor, which offers views of the iconic eagle sculpture. The role involves preparing gourmet bar food to complement our extensive cocktail and beverage selection, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to create memorable guest experiences. You will also be instrumental in coaching and developing a team of culinary professionals, fostering teamwork and collaboration with kindness and respect. This role is scheduled to commence in June 2025.
