Job summary

Mokoko Bakery in Bath is hiring a part-time Chef de Partie for our Newark Works bakery. You will join a team producing viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads, working under the Head Baker to contribute to our daily menu.

We offer a 3–5 day pattern with early starts from 6:00am, supporting a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality handmade goods in a busy bakery setting.

Responsibilities

• Daily production of viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads.
• Work alongside Head Baker and report in Bath.
• Produce goods for the bakery menu.
• Pattern of 3–5 days per week, starting from 6:00am.

We at Mokoko, based in the south west, and are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.

We have a great part time opportunity for a Chef de Partie in our Newark Works bakery, situated near the river in Bath.

Working alongside and reporting to the Head Baker, you will be responsible for the daily production of goods, including viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads that make up our thoughtful menu.
