B Holdings is a growing hospitality group shaping some of the most distinctive private members’ clubs and food businesses in London and New York. We are seeking a talented Baker to join our team at our state of the art production kitchen located near Battersea.

You will support the Bakery team, prepare breads, viennoiserie and pastries, and help ensure product quality across shifts. Candidates typically have 1–2 years’ experience in artisanal baking and production environments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role and environment.
• Exposure to artisanal baking techniques and production environments.

• Support the Bakery team in day-to-day baking operations.
• Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality products including breads, viennoiserie and pastries.

We are currently seeking a talented Baker to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working Hours:

• Straight shifts up to 48 hours a week


• Flexibility to also work at our Birley Bakery, located in Chelsea Green, SW3


• 2am-12pm/ 9am-7pm shifts
