Mokoko in Bath is seeking a Chef de Partie for our Newark Worksbakery near the river. You will join the production team and work under the Head Baker to create hand-made viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads.

This part-time role offers a 3-5 day week, with early starts from 6:00am, and an emphasis on a healthy work-life balance inside a busy, craft-focused bakery. Flexibility and reliability are valued as we serve our thoughtful menu to customers daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing viennoiserie, pastries and breads.

We at Mokoko, based in the south west, and are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.

We have a great part time opportunity for a Chef de Partie in our Newark Worksbakery, situated near the river in Bath.

Working alongside and reporting to the Head Baker, you will be responsible for the daily production of goods, includingviennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads that make up our thoughtful menu.

We encourage a healthy work life balance so our working patterns are based on a 3 - 5 day working week, starting from 6:00am.
