Wilson Vale is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team at an independent school in Worksop. This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, from 7am to 7:30pm, with year‑round duties despite a 35-week school year.
You will work with a kitchen team of 12, preparing fresh dishes from scratch, using quality ingredients, and delivering high standards of hospitality to staff and students with a focus on food hygiene and customer service.

This is a permanent, term-time position, working 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 between the hours of 7am and 7:30pm. Although the school year spans 35 weeks, this is a year-round role. Free on-site staff parking is available, and all staff receive a complimentary meal during their shift.

You will work closely with our kitchen team to create fresh, exciting dishes made from scratch each day, so experience working with fresh ingredients is essential. We also place a strong emphasis on customer engagement during service, so you will need to be well-presented, personable, and confident in delivering a high standard of hospitality.
Based within a historic school setting, you will be helping to provide nutritious, high-quality meals for upto 700 staff members and students, including boarders. This is a rewarding role where your work will play an important part in supporting students’ wellbeing in a warm and welcoming environment.
