Contract Options in Witney, Oxfordshire, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a permanent, daytime role. The position offers a stable contract catering environment, with regular hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm and no weekend work.

You will work with a Head Chef, delivering fresh, from-scratch dishes, supervising kitchen staff, assisting with orders, and helping control food costs. Own transport is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience chef de partie ready for his next promotion.
• Contract catering/high-volume experience preferred.
• Strong fresh food and scratch-cooking skills.
• Experience leading or supporting a kitchen team.
• Good understanding of stock control and food costs.
• Organised, hands-on and able to lead by example.
• Own transport essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh, high-quality food from scratch across breakfast, lunch and hospitality services.
• Supervise and support the kitchen team, assist with ordering and stock control, manage food costs and deputise for the Head Chef.
