Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook dishes across at least two sections, following recipes and maintaining high quality in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to specification and maintain quality across sections.
• Work across multiple kitchen sections and support brigade as needed.
• Follow standardized recipes and hygiene standards to ensure consistency.

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

On Target Earnings £15 - £16* (Including TRONC)
