They are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Chef de Partie, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering a high-quality culinary service that contributes to the overall wellbeing of the residents.
As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, supporting cost-effective stock control systems, and working with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and review the menu regularly. You will be required to hold a catering qualification, a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and have a minimum of 1-year catering experience, demonstrating compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality culinary services to the residents.
