Browns Bristol is recruiting a Chef de Partie to lead a section, train team members, and uphold the high standards of Browns Brasserie and Bar. You will be part of Mitchells & Butlers plc and contribute to delivering classic British cuisine with a warm guest experience.

As a Chef de Partie atBrowns Bristol, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your kitchen team are working together as one. Does this sound like you?
