Build a reputation with big-brand businesses and corporate clients by delivering high-quality, nutritious meals for boardroom lunches, executive events, and daily workplace dining. This role requires a chef who can blend maintaining excellent standards with working efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What you'll do:
  1. Ensure compliance with all legal and company health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
  2. Report safety or hygiene issues to your manager and maintain your own health and safety.
  3. Use work equipment and personal protective gear correctly as per training.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, respond to feedback, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
  5. Assist in delivering high-quality, sustainable food offerings while adhering to all regulations and standards.
What you'll bring:
  • Full SC Security clearance is required; security vetting will be completed and passed.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to innovate in food solutions for customers.
  • Ability to follow menus and operational standards.
  • Cleanliness and support for the sous chef in all kitchen tasks.
  • Understanding of food safety, allergens, and HSE compliance.
  • A minimum of a 2nd level qualification (HACCP/Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery) or equivalent.
  • CIEH Level 2 or equivalent.
