Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited at the Saxon Mill is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for great food and developing talent. You will run a section, mentor kitchen teams, and ensure everything needed before service is prepared to brand standards.

You will maintain cleanliness and safety to the highest level, cook to spec, and know the menu inside out, contributing to a welcoming guest experience across premium pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring kitchen staff and leading a section.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Proactive in pre-service preparation and mise en place.
• Strong knowledge of menu and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
