Saxon Mill in Warwick is seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for great food and mentoring a kitchen team. You’ll run a section, prep before service, and ensure cleanliness and safety to deliver on-brand results.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring kitchen staff and maintaining section standards.
• Ability to run a kitchen section with confidence and pace.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
