Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited's Greenhouse venue is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food and training teams. You’ll run a section, mentor chefs, and ensure service runs smoothly, maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a section of the kitchen and junior chefs.
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Cook to brand spec and maintain menu knowledge.
